Refund Conditions:

  1. Time Frame for Refund Requests: The Buyer must notify en.kopiluwak.lt within 48 hours of receiving the product if they wish to request a refund. Please contact us at info@kopiluwak.lt.
  2. Condition of Products: Products must be returned in original packaging with all original documents. Products should be in unused and unwashed condition to be eligible for a refund.
  3. Return Process: The Buyer must contact the Seller via email at info@kopiluwak.lt before returning any product. Instructions will be provided on how to return the item.

Refund Procedure:

  1. Refund/Replacement: If the product is defective or if you simply change your mind, we will process a refund or offer a replacement after receiving the returned product.
  2. Return Shipping Costs: For defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns that are not due to defects, the Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  3. Condition Requirement: Products returned must be in at least 95% of their original condition. Refund requests will be processed only if these conditions are met.
  4. Refund Request: To request a refund, the Buyer must submit a written request via email to info@kopiluwak.lt, including the following details:
    • Your full name.
    • Order number.
    • Product name and quantity.
    • Reason for the refund.
  5. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and your request, we will process your refund via PayPal or Stripe. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.
